BREDO - the BREDO Dockgesellschaft mbH is one of the leading shipyards for repair located on
the German North Sea coast. Around the clock, 100 BREDO experts and up to 400 employees of BREDO's partners work at the four floating docks and at our repair berth. We also have our
specialist teams who can carry out repair work all around the world.

In our four floating docks, which range from 116 to 200 metres in length, we can accommodate ships of different dimensions and types of construction.
We also have our own repair berth as
well as manufacturing and assembly halls in the harbour area of Bremerhaven. This gives us a high
level of flexibility.
And due to the fact that we are always endeavouring to make ourselves faster and better for our customers we have established a network of specialists.

The shipyard is fully compliant with the ISPS Code and is holding the Statement of Compliance of a
Port Facility (ISPS Code) issued by the Minister for Economic Affairs & Ports.
Measuring & Tests
BREDO is certified by the class societies to perform ultrasonic thickness measurements on hull structures of all types of ships. Additionally we are recognized for specific methods for nondestructive
testing and the tightness testing of
hatch covers and other closing appliances by ultrasonic.
